All the images in this series have been created from two types of paper. The first type is prints that i've made of my work that were damaged in some way during the printing process (or sometimes after). Rather than dump them I try to reuse these so as to turn a negative into a positive. I used several types of lighting sources to illuminate them including: an ambient room light with adjustable colours, a small adjustable reading light, and a macro lighting kit. I also at times put the prints on top of an iPad Pro which had varying different images of mine displayed behind them. I also used sheets of glass with dabbed paint over the illuminated prints. This can be seen on the image on the top right hand corner.
The second type of paper used (images labelled with name YP-s*)  is a synthetic paper called Yupo paper. I used black india ink on this unusual non-absorbant paper. I played with these by lighting them with the same method as above of putting them over an iPad Pro with various if my own images displayed beneath. This added a whole dimension of colour to the images (some of which were essentially entirely black and white).
